Default annoying ele boss lol

hey i was in the jungle in tyria, just leaving a outpost to go farm the lvl 19 warrior boss in silverwood.So i go out and sprint around the corner.What happens is some ele boss called nelle firemane or somthing started to hexe me to run slow. i was startin to get a bit peed off so lol i decided to try kill it but, every time i managed to catch it when hex ended the thing throws on another hex and runs away! So i just started to walk away and ignore it as it did no harm only slowed me. 15 mins later we have been all over the map and the thing followed me the whole way! you got any idea how anoying it is lol? and btw i died in the end because of that thing

lolz the new AoE system seems 2 work. We'll u cant say thats a stupid tactic now is it. Hit and run is used so often in pvp and apparently now the mobs know it as well. Annoying for ur farming ofcourse but quite realistic.
